On May 11, 2026, I submitted a supplemental records request to the Association and management company pursuant to Maryland Condominium Act §11-116 and in continuation of my prior records requests.

In addition to sending the request by email, I also submitted the request through the Association’s resident portal under Ticket #341295.

The supplemental request sought Association records created, received, modified, transmitted, or maintained on or after January 22, 2026 related to the subject matter of my prior records requests.
The request included records related to:
- Board and committee meetings, agendas, notes, and recordings
- Emails and written correspondence involving the Board, management, vendors, consultants, or legal counsel
- Contracts, bids, amendments, procurement records, and vendor communications
- Financial records, invoices, reconciliations, payment records, and supporting documentation
- Election, governance, policy, and enforcement-related records
- Violation, inspection, hearing, complaint, and owner correspondence records
- Records generated in response to owner inquiries, disputes, or records requests
The request also specified that it applied to records maintained in any format, including:
- Electronic records
- Draft records
- Communications
